What kind of mugs do you sell?
Premium 11oz white ceramic mugs with high-quality sublimation printing. The print wraps around the mug and won’t fade, peel, or wash off. They’re dishwasher and microwave safe.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are made to order and typically ship within 2-5 business days. US delivery takes 5-10 business days total. International shipping takes 10-20 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders of 4 or more mugs ship free within the United States!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
What if my mug arrives damaged?
We stand behind our quality. If your mug arrives damaged, broken, or with a print defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Can I return a mug I don’t like?
Since every mug is made to order specifically for you, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if there’s a quality issue, we’ll make it right. See above.
How do I request a refund or replacement?
Visit our Contact page and fill out the form with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos if possible. We’ll respond within 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal, which are PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest level of payment security. We never store your card details on our servers.
Are your meme designs original?
Yes! Every design on MugOfMemes is an original creation. We don’t use copyrighted characters, stolen content, or trademarked material. All our memes are created fresh.
How often do you add new designs?
We add new meme mugs daily! Subscribe to our newsletter to get notified about new drops and trending designs.
Do you have memes in other languages?
Yes! We feature memes from over a dozen countries including Poland, Germany, France, Brazil, Japan, Korea, Mexico, India, and many more. Use the World Memes menu to browse by country.
Can I request a custom meme on a mug?
Custom meme mugs are coming soon! In the meantime, feel free to suggest meme ideas through our Contact page.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes! We can create custom meme mugs for teams, offices, and events. Contact us with your requirements and we’ll put together a custom quote.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
