General
MugOfMemes.com is an online store selling printed ceramic mugs featuring original meme designs. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Products and Pricing
All mugs are premium 11oz white ceramic with high-quality sublimation printing. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Colors may vary slightly between your screen display and the actual product due to differences in monitors and printing processes.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and that the payment information you provide is accurate. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Orders are confirmed via email. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors.
Shipping
All products are made to order and typically ship within 2-5 business days. Estimated delivery times are 5-10 business days for US orders and 10-20 business days for international orders. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
Orders of 4 or more mugs qualify for free shipping within the United States. Shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. However, we stand behind our quality:
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your mug arrives damaged, broken, or with a significant print defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
• Wrong Item: If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
• Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund.

Intellectual Property
All meme designs, graphics, text, logos, and content on MugOfMemes.com are our original creations and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Our designs do not contain copyrighted characters, trademarked logos, or material owned by third parties.
Limitation of Liability
MugOfMemes.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
